Each profile includes key indicators of health outcomes, which describe the population health status of a county and factors that have the potential to influence health outcomes, such as health care access and quality, health behaviors, social factors, and the physical environment.
Youth Online: High School Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS)

The Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System monitors six types of health-risk behaviors that contribute to the leading causes of death and disability among youth and adults. YRBSS includes a national school-based survey conducted by the CDC and state, territorial, tribal, and local surveys conducted by education and health agencies and tribal governments.
